What data we process

The data you give us in our forms: full name, email, phone number, home of interest, message and preferred contact method. With each enquiry we also store the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign parameters (UTM) you arrived with.

Why we use it

• To answer your request for information about our homes.
• To contact you through the channel you choose: phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To learn which campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve our advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1 a and b GDPR).

How long we keep it

While we handle your enquiry and for no longer than two years after the last contact. If you buy a home from us, we keep it for the periods required by law.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. Our web hosting and email providers process it on our behalf with GDPR safeguards. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing and ask for its portability by writing to deracasasprefabricadas@gmail.com. If you believe we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
